The University of Girona's accommodation consists of 45 beds distributed in 3 complexes: University Residence (Montilivi Campus), Isaac el Cec, and Argenteria (Barri Vell Campus). Each facility is aimed at a different type of user:
- Residència Universitària (Campus de Montilivi). This is intended mainly for use by students (1st, 2nd and 3rd cycle) participating in mobility or co-operation programmes, although the residence may also be used by teaching and research staff, whether instructors or doctoral research students.
- Isaac el Cec. This is for the exclusive use of instructors visitors. (Stays of short duration).
- Argenteria (Campus Barri Vell). This is intended primarily for doctoral research students, although the facility may also be used to accommodate instructors or students.
To obtain a place in Isaac el Cec the application must be signed by a representative of the University of Girona. Those interested in using the facility should therefore take the necessary steps (together with the university researcher with whom he/she wishes to collaborate) as early as possible, as the residence has a very high occupancy rate.
